Nigeria: NAFDAC to Clamp Down on Packaged Water Producers

Calabar — The Director-General of the National Agency for Food, Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC), Dr. Paul Orhili has said that his agency would soon clamp down on producers of packaged water in the country.

Dr. Orhi, who was represented by the head of NAFDAC in Cross River State, Mr. Kayode Fabgoyo, gave the warning during a sensitization workshop for packaged water producers in Nigeria. He warned them to desist from producing water in unauthorized places or risk arrest.
