Windhoek — To respond effectively to the challenges of congestion in military bases and to upgrade mess facilities for troops, the Ministry of Defence has established a directorate of construction and maintenance.
The Minister of Defence, Charles Namoloh during his ministry's budget motivation last week in the National Assembly said the move has proven to be correct, because the NDF has performed well during the period under review.
