Angola: Jurists Releases Book On Executive Process

Lubango — The Angolan jurist Evaristo Solano presented on Tuesday his book entitled "Processo executivo angolano" in Lubango city, southern Huíla province.

The scientific 127-page portrays some legal order norms.

Speaking to Angop, the author portrays aspects related to the principles of chronological priority of patrimonial follow-up, equality, judicial self responsibility of executor, contradictory and executive structuring process, among others.

"This book is addressed to judicial magistrates, students, justice organs, lawyers, organs of Justice Ministry, banks and publics", said the writer.

The book is being sold at the price of AKZ 2500.
