Eritrea: Tourism Service Businesses Here in the Capital Boosting Customer Satisfaction - Report

Asmara — Reports indicated that tourism service businesses in Asmara have registered growing customer satisfaction through competing improvement of their services.

The customers, who asserted that the several businesses including hotels, restaurants, cafes, pensions and travel agencies are rendering orderly and reasonable service. They also commended the excellent services being given by cafes and other service businesses in downtown Asmara.

Likewise, tourist customers expressed high regard for the services being rendered by businesses in downtown Asmara and attested that the spirit of social harmony reflected in Harnet Avenue is a demonstration of the prevailing overall sense of accord in Eritrean society.

It is to be recalled that Lonely Planet website categorized Asmara among the new 10 must-visit cities of the world.
