Kenya: I Could See the Actress in My Daughter Lizz From the Time She Was Ten

Lizz Njagah is one of the most successful Kenyan actresses having spread her wings as far as Nigeria where she now acts in Mnet's drama series, Tinsel. Lizz lost her mother when she was young and her aunt Florence Auma took up the role of bringing up Liz and her nine siblings. The two have always had a good relationship as Florence describes Lizz as a very obedient and loving daughter. Lizz and Florence spoke to Catherine Mukei

I am the seventh born in a family of ten children. I was born and bred in Nairobi. I loved it, I was a last born for four years before my sister Diana was born so I had been so used to being pampered but I quickly adjusted and took on the challenging role of being a big sister.
