Gambia: King Kolley and Co Case Adjourned

Justice Emmanuel Nkea of the Special Criminal Court in Banjul yesterday, 23rd April 2012 urged the prosecution, led by the deputy director of Public Prosecution (DDPP) S.H Barkun to call its last witness in the economic crime case involving the sate against Lamin King Colley, Ousman Manjang and Abdou Willan.

When the matter came up, DDPP S.H Barkun informed the court that the prosecution is getting one Abdou Rahman Jallow to come to court and testify. Barkun revealed that the said Abdou Rahman Jallow is presently in Basse, Upper River Region and he is the only witness pending.
