Namibia: Poll Fraud Case Postponed

Windhoek — The Windhoek Regional Court in Katutura on Monday postponed to 5-8 February 2013 the matter in which three men face charges of election fraud.

The accused areformer Director of Elections and Rally for Democracy and Progress (RDP) member, Philemon Kanime, the Electoral Commission of Namibia's (ECN) Chief Systems Administrator, Nicodemus Mingelius, and RDP member, Magnus Nangombe.
