Nigeria: Muslim Journalists Condemn Blasts

The Muslim Media Practitioners of Nigeria (MMPN) has condemned yesterday's multiple bombings at ThisDay and Daily Sun offices in Abuja and Kaduna.

Chairman of the association, Alhaji Abdur-Rahman Balogun, said yesterday in Abuja in a statement that such deadly attacks on any media houses cannot be justified and reminded perpetrators to remember that they would one day be called to account for their deeds.

He called on aggrieved Nigerians to utilise the opportunity given by the Federal Government to embrace dialogue.
