Nigeria: Union Stops Mainstreet Bank Staff From Accepting Sack Letters

Lagos — Leadership of Association of Senior Staff of Banks, Insurance and Finance Institutions and the National Union of Banks, Insurance and other Financial Institutions branch of Mainstreet Bank have asked their members not to sign or accept any letter from the management until the conclusion of on-going negotiation.

Management of Mainstreet Bank on Wednesday released a new set of criteria for the downsizing of its workforce as it embarks on a re-organization of its human and capital resources.
