Kenya: ICC Part of Judicial System, Says CJ

THE Judiciary has dismissed claims that having the cases against four Kenyans at the ICC is a form of neo-colonialism.

Addressing students leaders of Nairobi schools yesterday, chief of staff Duncan Okello, representing Chief Justice Willy Mutunga, said the ICC is part of the Kenyan Judicial system because Kenya ratified the Rome Statute domesticating the court.
