Lubango — The vice minister of Youth and Sports, Job Capapinha, said Thursday in Lubango, southern Huila province, that the government has specific projects to improve the living conditions of the Angolan young people, with some in progress.
Speaking at the meeting with the local youths, as part of his three-day visit to the region, Job Capapinha said that the Executive has in its agenda interesting projects that will change the living conditions of young people.
