Morocco: HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa Visits Forum On Education and Sensitizing to Responsible Consumption

Rabat — HRH Princess Lalla Hasnaa, Chairwoman of the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Protection of the Environment, visited, on Saturday in Rabat, the forum on Education and Sensitizing to responsible consumption.

On this occasion, HRH the Princess was briefed about several workshops held by the youth to raise awareness about issues relating to responsible consumption and environment protection.

The forum is organized to celebrate ten years since the launch of the young reporters for the environment programme. It notably aims to raise awareness about the issues pertaining to responsible consumption and environment-friendly economy.

The Forum also offers an opportunity to ponder on the means to preserve resources and promote green economy.

The young participants will adopt a series of recommendations that will be submitted to the government.

During the event, light will be shed on Morocco's environment protection and sustainable development efforts.

Launched in 2002, the young reporters for the environment programme aims to promote environmental awareness among high school students.
