Nigeria: PIB - FG, IOCS Set to Reach Accord On Fiscal Terms

It has emerged that the Federal Government and International Oil Companies (IOCs) are on the verge of reaching an amicable resolution of areas of contention on the controversial provisions of the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB), particularly the fiscal terms.
