Huambo — The Vice-minister of Urbanisation and Construction, Manuel Clemente Júnior, is paying since this Wednesday a three-day visit to the central Huambo province, to check local programmes of land reserve infrastructures.
Manuel Clemente Júnior was received at Albano Machado airport in this city by the provincial acting governor, Guilherme Tuluca, vice-governor for technical and infrastructure sector, José Paulo Kai, with whom he discussed aspects related to his stay in this region and work agenda.
According to his programme released to Angop, on Wednesday afternoon, the official, accompanied by José Paulo Kai and provincial director of urbanisation and construction, Ana Paulo de Carvalho, is visiting Londuimbali district to check the steps given in the land reserve in that locality.
On Thursday, the vice-minister will chair a capacity building workshop on territorial plans, implementation of the steering urbanisation plans, land management and organization of public tenders, as well as visit in Lossambo land reserve in Huambo city.
