Minna — Governor of Niger State, Dr. Mu'azu Babangida Aliyu, has commiserated with the family of Nigeria's first indigenous Chief of Air Staff, Air Vice Marshal John Nmadu Yisa-Doko, who passed away on Tuesday after a brief illness.
Governor Aliyu enjoined members of the deceased's family and the Nigeria Air Force to be encouraged by the fact that the late Air Force Chief lived an inspiring and a fulfilled life.
"You must take solace in the fact that the late Air Chief departed after an eventful life of dedication to service of God, the nation and humanity, Governor Aliyu said in a statement signed by his Chief Press Secretary, Danladi Ndayebo.
