Juba — Government of Republic of South Sudan invited five State Governors bordering the Northern parts of Sudan to attend an official meeting.
During the briefing in Juba International Airport, the WBGS Governor Rizik Zakaria Hassan explained on his part that it would be an opportunity to compare notes with his colleagues and would be taken up from there.
He said, the first aspect would be how to harmonize the situations with their challenges. Secondly he said the border situation is currently boiling due to the bad policies of Al-Bashir.
In the area of Balballa of Western Bahr El Ghazal State which was illegally annexed to South Darfur he said he had been inspecting the area and found civilians were staying in fear from terrorists.
Hassan said the recent mobilization announcement by Khartoum Government had negative impact on the inhabitants of the area. He said the osome of the occupiers of the South Sudan area are not in opinion of joining the fight against the South and had evacuated.
He said, his administration is trying its best to establish and maintain peace and order in that area.
Meanwhile the Governor of Northern Bahr El Ghazal State Paul Malong said, the war between the two Sudan is a great challenge to those tribes living across the border like the Rezeigat, Al-Messiriya and others.
The Warrap Governor Nyandeng Malek said, the war should be ended in the border area and said the situation in her state is stable.
