Rwanda National Police, yesterday, inaugurated an ethics centre as part of its efforts to maintain professional standards, values and norms among its personnel.
The centre located at the police headquarters in Kacyiru, Kigali, will among other things teach uniformed personnel how to professionally handle civilians, according to Musa Fazil Harerimana, the Minister of Internal Security.
