Egypt: Advisory Council Calls for Holding Presidential Elections On Time

The Advisory Council (AC) called on Tuesday 8/5/2012 for holding the presidential elections on time as scheduled in a fair atmosphere.

Following a weekly meeting, the AC called for ending the current crisis between the parliament and the High Presidential Election Commission (HPEC).

The AC floated a proposal for forming a political system which will be a mix of presidential and parliamentary powers.
