The Corporate Council on Africa to Host U.S.-Africa Infrastructure Conference June 18-20, 2012

The Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) and will its fifth biennial U.S.-Africa Infrastructure Conference at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, DC on June 18-20, 2012. This year’s conference, themed “Foundations for Economic Growth,” will highlight investment opportunities in energy and renewables, transportation, water, ICT and the relevant capacity building necessary for successful development. This year’s event will highlight procurement options, in addition to traditional financing topics.

The conference will bring together senior U.S. and African private sector and government officials, key decision makers from leading U.S. infrastructure companies, financial institutions and international organizations with a vested interest in infrastructure investment and growth on the continent. Business and government representatives are encouraged to attend the conference to learn about investment opportunities in Africa and widen their business networks.

CCA is the leading resource for U.S. companies engaged in doing business on the African continent. CCA programs help members understand the African business climate and identify specific trade and investment opportunities.
