Cairo will host on 14/5/2012 meetings of the African Water Ministers Council. Up to 54 water ministers and 700 scientists and experts will be attending the meeting.
Egyptian Minister of Irrigation Hisham Qandeel said that in spite of the hard circumstances in the country, several African ministers affirmed that they will take part in the event.
