Foro — Hadnet junior and secondary school, Foro, conducted student festival under the theme "investment in education for better outcome."

Mr. Mensur Barolie, director of the school, indicated that the event was organized with a view to nurturing cultural and national values, the tendency for exchange of knowledge and the spirit of competition, besides the purpose to create conducive environment for the students to identify their potentials and inclinations.

The students on their part asserted that such an event is a stepping stone for students to fathom their potentials as well as tendencies, and commended the Administration of the school for organizing the festival.

Among parents of the students, Ms. Halima Ibrahim, expressed conviction that such festivals are good opportunities for students could display their knowledge, and that parents could understand how they can motivate their children to pursue their niches as regards academic and vocational destinations.

Report indicated that sports, cultural, general knowledge, fashion show and handicraft contests featured in the two-day festival.
