London — Courtney Griffiths QC, Karim A. A. Khan QC, and Rodney Dixon, some of the most recognised faces in international justice, will be amongst a prestigious panel of speakers that will debate the International Criminal Court's impact on Africa live at "Building Restorative International Justice: the ICC of the Future" this Friday 18th May at the Royal Commonwealth Society in London. The debate will be streamed live online to a global audience.

At the 10 year anniversary mark of the ICC and at the height of a wave of political change seeing former leaders being called to face justice, the controversial court has been the subject of global speculation about its role, in particular its relationship with African nations. With cases such as The Kenyan Four, the upcoming trial Saif al-Islam Gaddafi for crimes against humanity, and Luis Moreno-Ocampo recent arrest warrants for DR Congo rebel leaders Bosco Ntaganda and Sylvestre Mudacumura in the spotlight, the ICC is currently more topical than ever.
