Nigeria: Omatek Grows Shareholders' Funds to N6.4 Million

Lagos — Omatek Plc said it grew its shareholders' funds from N6 million in 2009 to N6.4 million in 2010.

Management of the company said at its combined Annual General Meeting in Lagos that the company's net assets and the group net assets appreciated by 7 per cent respectively.

Shareholders of the company commended the performance.

According to them, the management of Omatek Ventures has displayed unparallel zeal which has helped the company to survive and ready to get to the next level of its operations.

The Group Chairman of Omatek, Dr Timothy Farinre thanked the shareholders for their patience, support and understanding of the peculiar situation of the company in the last three years.
