Patrick Gatwaza, in charge of good governance in Muhanga district confirms that employee relationship changed recently.

"There was no good governance because workers could pass each other without greeting. But recently, workers started getting along with each other very well," laments Gatwaza

Gatwaza reveals that though some workers could see themselves highly than others before, some are still doing it and such people never serve efficiently.

Yvonne Mutakwasuku, mayor for Muhanga district advises the district workers to always be concerned about their worker instead of their fellow workers.

Mutakwasuku adds that if everyone minds about his or work; it will stop jealousy and hatred because they all have different responsibilities.
