Cote d'Ivoire: No Increase in Consumer Electricity Prices

"Consumer prices for gas and electricity will not change," says a front-page headline in Le Nouveau Reveil. The paper attributes this statement to the Minister of Economy and Finance, Charles Koffi Diby and Adama Toungara, the Minister of Mining, Petrol and Energy.
