In Mthuli Ncube, the African Development Bank has a chief economist with an understanding of the importance of business education in the continent's development, and a willingness to involve the lender more substantially in the sector. Previously dean of Wits, Mr Ncube has a clear vision for the improvement of Africa's management schools through partnership and the exploitation of their "African-ness."
