Striker Jordan Ayew scored twice as the Black Stars thumped second tier side Asokwa Deportivo 4-0 in a friendly in Kumasi on Tuesday.

The AC Milan midfielder fired the Black Stars into the lead with a pile driver from 25 yards after turning his marker inside out. Ayew doubled the Black Stars' lead by converting a penalty after striker Dominic Adiyiah was brought down in the box.
Adiyiah made it 3-0 with a simple tap-in after Samuel Inkoom did the hard work on the right and fired but the goalkeeper failed to hold at the first attempt on the soggy pitch.
Ayew completed the rout after controlling Muntari's long-range pass before angling in the ball from the edge of the box.
It was their second trial match of the day after beating State Envoys 3-0 earlier in the day.

The Black Stars defeated third tier club State Envoys 3-0 in a friendly in Kumasi as the four-time African champions used the match as a warm-up for this Friday's 2014 World Cup qualifier against Lesotho.

Defender Isaac Vorsah made it 2-0 when he headed in a cross from the right before Emmanuel Clottey wrapped up the victory after a goalmouth scramble. Ghana will play Lesotho in their opening match for the 2014 World Cup to be played in Brazil.
