Angola: Entrepreneurs Told to Commit to Country's Development

Huambo — Entrepreneurs must commit themselves to the processes of growth and development of the country by paying regular taxes and generating jobs for families.

This was said Wednesday in central Huambo province by the executive chairman of the Angola Commercial Bank (BCA), Filipe Martins.

According to the manager, who was speaking at the inauguration of BCA's second branch in Huambo, the social well being of families depends on dynamics of the business sector in implementing viable projects for the social and economic development of the country.

Filipe Martins pointed out that the start of operation of Ngove hydroelectric dam and regular functioning of the Benguela Railways between the cities of Lobito, Huambo, Kuito and Luena, as a starting point for entrepreneurs to successfully carry out their businesses.
