Ghana: Sales Personnel Jailed for Five Years - For Stealing

A sales personnel has been sentenced to five years imprisonment by an Accra Circuit Court for stealing textiles worth GH¢8,930 from his boss' shop.

The convict, Evans Nana Dadzie, who was working with the complainant since 2010 in a textile shop, is said to have stolen 240 full pieces of Hitaget wax print valued at GH¢7,800 half pieces of Davida Afadi valued at GH¢680 and 15 Davida products valued at GH¢450.
