Rwanda: Ugandan MPs Commend the Nationalism of Locals

In a visit to Rwanda, yesterday the members of Equity and equal opportunities committee in the Ugandan parliament visited the Rwandan parliament both chambers to realize what they have achieved.

First lesson learnt; the gender parity in the parliament. "Your parliament is the first in the whole World to have a big number of women (56.4%), we want to learn from it because we believe that equality goes with equity" said Abdul Kitatta, the head of delegation.
