According to a report in L'Intelligent d'Abidjan (p. 3) Mrs. Massogbe Diakite Toure, an Ivorian national, has been selected by the U.S. State Department to participate in the International Visitor Leadership Program.
According to the daily, Mrs. Toure will have the opportunity during her stay in the U.S. to explore political, economic and social factors that influence the development of private enterprise and free trade in the U.S.
