Angola: Delegations at Regional Fisheries Commission Meeting

Pointe Noire — An Angolan delegation attended Friday as an observer the opening of the extraordinary session of the Regional Fisheries Commission (COREP) held in Pointe Noire, economic capital of Congo Brazzaville, chaired by the local minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture, Heliot Mampouya.

Angolan ambassador to Congo, Pedro Fernando Mavunza, is in Pointe Noire since Thursday to represent the minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries, Pedro Canga.

A specialised organ of the Economic Community of Central Africa States (CEEAC), COREP that groups five countries and two observes, is based in Libreville, Gabon.
