An architect whose body has been laying at Montezuma funeral home for four months as his relatives fought over place of burial will finally be laid to rest in two weeks time in Luri in Siaya.
The body of Joel Nyaseme will also be subjected to a post mortem test three days before the burial which is slated for June 23. This was part of an agreement reached by the relatives of Nyaseme after Judge Hatari Waweru who is hearing burial dispute urged them to respect the deceased by according him quick burial.
