Angola: Local Ambassador Presents Credentials in Kazakhstan

Astana — The diplomat José Augusto de Lemos handed over on Saturday his credential to the State Secretary of Kazakhstan, Mukhtar Kul-Mukhammed, which accredits him as the Angolan ambassador to that Asian country.

After this process, the Angolan diplomat will present his credential to the President of Kazakhstan, which accredits him as the Angolan extraordinary and plenipotentiary ambassador to that Asian country.

According to a press note that reached Angop on Saturday, the ambassador Augusto de Lemos was already accredited in Russia, where he lives, missing to so in the republics of Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Moldavia and Byelorussia.

The document reads that the ambassador was accompanied by the first secretary of the Angolan embassy, António Benjamin, third secretary, Fernando Marques and press and culture attaché, António José Mateus.
