Major General Mohammad Al-Attar, Assistant Secretary of the Interior Director General for Administrative Affairs on 09/06/2012 said that, the rules and procedures established by the ministry to pilgrims wishing to perform the Hajj this year.
added that he will start receiving applications from after tomorrow through Thursday, June 28 then, the computerized process of a public lottery to ensure transparency in all the provinces as of Saturday, July 14 until next Thursday, July 19.
