Zimbabwe: Unseen Object Hurls Stones At House

A Chinhoyi traditional healer has been forced to vacate his house after it was hit by stones being thrown from an unknown person. Mashonaland West police spokesperson Inspector Mabgweazara said reports of stones being thrown had been made.

He appealed to anyone who could help in solving the mysterious case to come forward.

The incident was once witnessed by an officer sent to investigate.

Onias Gadzikwa Rusike whose age has not been given reported to the police accusing his neighbours of throwing stones at him and his house, causing extensive damage.

Insp Mabgweazara said investigations had so far yielded nothing as the stones are still being thrown even when the suspects are in police custody.

"We have a case in which Onias Gadzikwa Rusike has reported on several occasions that his neighbours are stoning the roof and walls of his house. The stones are now believed to be targeting him as nothing happens when he is not at the home," he said.
