Libya: IBAHRI Calls for Immediate Release of Four ICC Staff Detained in Libya

London — The International Bar Association's Human Rights Institute (IBAHRI) calls for the immediate release of four staff members of the International Criminal Court (ICC) who have been arbitrarily detained in Libya since 7 June, after meeting with Mr Saif al-Islam Gaddafi who is suspected by the ICC of crimes against humanity.

Reportedly the four staff members were initially held at an unknown location then later moved to jail without having access to counsel or external contacts.
