A Senior Magistrate Court in Abuja Wednesday sentenced a 25-year-old man, James Aguiyi of NEPA Quarters, Kado Kushi, Abuja, to six months' imprisonment for trespass, house breaking and theft.
Senior Magistrate Vera Tomtukura ruled that the accused had no criminal record and gave him an option to pay N20,000 compensation to the complainant.
