Namibia: Controversial Prisons Chief Graduates

DEPUTY Prisons Commissioner Tuhafeni Hangula, who allegedly falsified his Grade 12 certificate, in April graduated from the Polytechnic of Namibia (PoN).

It is understood that Hangula was admitted to the degree programme as part of the institution's mature-age admission and not on account of a Grade 12 qualification.
