Angola: Minister Stresses Govt's Commitment to Tackling Children Plights

Luanda — Angolan Health minister, José Van-Dúnem, Friday in Luanda highlighted the government's commitment to implementing actions focussed on improving health, education and social conditions of children.

The government minister, who was speaking at the ceremony to launch "Luanda a Sorrir" campaign, said other actions are centred on improving the living quality of people, particularly children.

José Van-Dúnem praised, on the other hand, the participation of entrepreneurial class in the actions related to the "Luanda a Sorrir" campaign.

In the first phase, the campaign will focus on raising awareness and encourage students in the first or second cycle schools in Luanda for daily practice of prevention in oral health.
