Rwanda: Regional Lawyers Meet Kagame

A 19-member delegation from the East African Law Society yesterday met with President Paul Kagame at Village Urugwiro.

They discussed a wide range of issues related to African justice among which included the possibility of national jurisdictions trying cases of leaders without necessarily referring them to foreign courts like the International Criminal Court.
