Kenya: KCB Grand Finale Beckons As Riz Wins Nakuru

Following the conclusion of the Nakuru Golf Club KCB tour, professionals are now targeting the Grand Finale in August at Nyali Club in Mombasa.

A total of Sh3m will be at stake for the pros in Nyali with an additional Sh200,000 at stake for the Order of Merit champion. This year, the series was reduced to a Kenyan affair following the cancellation of the Uganda, Tanzania and Rwanda legs. Professional Golfers of Kenya (PGK) chairman Riz Charania won the fifth leg of the KCB advantage Corporate banking series at Nakuru over the weekend. Riz shot 3 under par 216 to emerge victorious of the event. A field of 28 Professional golfers were in action in Nakuru this weekend.
