Angola: ENAD Holds Conference On 'National Human Capital'

Luanda — A conference on "National Human Capital and Development of the Banking System in Angola": "The Need and Importance" will be held on June 28, in Luanda, by the National Administration School (ENAD).

Speaking on Thursday to ANGOP, the coordinator of the Centre for Studies and Research for Development of ENAD, Jose Ribeiro, said the meeting aims to promote a reflection on the needs of the banking sector in human capital and provide subsidies for the definition of a training policy for senior management for this sector in Angola.

During the meeting there will be discussed topics such as "The relevance of human capital in the development of the financial system", "The national human capital as a fundamental pillar for the development of Angolan banking system".

The source said the meeting will be attended by businessmen, bankers, students, among others.
