Luanda — The Angolan singer and writer Gersy Pegado will release this month a infant book entitled "O Arroz e o Feijão" in Luanda.

According to a press note from a source linked to the artist that reached Angop on Friday, the book will be available on 25 June during the Infant Book Fair at Luanda's Independence Square.

Angop learnt that the book portrays children stories.

Gersy Pegado was born in Luanda on 20 March in 1979 and started singing when she was three.

She is one of the members of "As Gingas do Maculusso music group".
