Egypt: HPEC to Reveal Presidential Election Results Today

The Higher Presidential Elections Commission (HPEC) under Counselor Farouq Sultan will hold a press conference today 24/6/2012 at the State Information Service (SIS) at 3.00 p.m. to announce the results of the runoff between presidential candidates Ahmed Shafiq and Mohamed Morsi.

The HPEC had probed challenges by the two candidates and followed up the progress of interrogations into the case of marking voting cards at the Government Printing house which will affect the final result of elections.
