The Auditor General (AG) last week presented to Parliament a report detailing mismanagement of public funds meant to deliver services to Rwandans.
Just like previous Auditor General's reports, this one too that covered the period 2010-2011 reveals loopholes such as spending without supporting documents and criminal acts like outright theft or embezzlement of public funds, as the major challenges.
