Rwanda: Bralirwa Supports Its Staff

Bralirwa has decided to equip its staff members with Samsung Galaxy Tabs with the value of about 500,000 frw, as a motivation.

The new technologies, fully equipped with data processing programs will help double up the staff effort and make data storage easier.

This new initiative includes the use of tablet computers by the sales and marketing team to collect information from the field and send it to the head office or departments they report to.

The commercial business analyst of Bralirwa, Theirry Nshuti, said this is a new way of doing things for Bralirwa. As a leading company, our biggest concern is to care for our customers and to do this there in a need for quick decision-making.

"We believe in investing in our staff with new innovations that also motivate them to enjoy their work," said Jonathan Hall, the managing director of Bralirwa.

The Tabs will be given to each of the 20 Bralirwa's sales executives and 6 sales managers across the country.

Hall said that, in the past the sales team was using notebooks and binders to compile and store information from the field, but with the newly introduced technologies, sales executives and managers with will be able to collect and file data direct to the main serve at the head office from wherever they are.
