Zimbabwe: Nyatanga Buried

Master of the High Court Mr Charles Nyatanga, who died last week, was buried at his farm in Marondera on Sunday.

Thousands of people thronged T Tarara Dairy Farm in Marondera for the burial for the man who had served the judiciary for over 30 years

Among the notable figures were Justice and Legal Affairs Minister Patrick Chinamasa, Agriculture, Mechanisation and Irrigation Development Minister Joseph Made,

Mashonaland East Provincial Governor Aeneas Chigwedere, lawyers and judges of the Supreme Court, High Court and Labour Court.

Minister Chinamasa and Judicial Service Commission secretary Justice Rita Makarau described Mr Nyatanga as a hard worker.

The officials also acknowledged the bulky work associated with Mr Nyatanga's office.

Mr Nyatanga succumbed to cardiac arrest at West End Hospital last week.

He is survived by his wife and five children.
