Nigeria may not achieve its Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) by 2015 on account of serious deficit in infrastructure, Works Minister Architect Mike Onolememen has said.
He stated this in a key note address he presented at the opening ceremony of the first annual national conference on contract administration and project management for national transformation organised by Potomac Consulting International held yesterday in Abuja.
