THE City Council of Nairobi and Barclays Bank have agreed to settle a Sh30 million advertising row out of court. Appearing before Justice Joseph Mutava yesterday, the council told the court that they were ready to negotiate with the bank to settle the matter amicably. Gichuhi told the court that even though the council was issuing the threat, the bank had paid for all its outdoor advertising as agreed. The lawyer said all the bills had been forwarded to Blueprint Marketing, which has been licensed by the council.
